Jackie Notman is an Intuitive Advisor and Energy Reader who works with businesses and individuals on an energetic level using tools such as Feng Shui, Dowsing, the Tarot, Numerology, Astrology and the I Ching.

Her first steps into the ‘energetic world’ came many years ago when she trained as a Fitness Coach, Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist.

With personal experience of eating disorders, her training in fitness and nutrition and international concerns over obesity she looks at the issue of weight management energetically. ‘It’s not so simple as calories in versus calories out’ she says, ‘it’s about understanding food in context with everything else in our life and getting an energetic balance.’

The result is her E-book ‘Diets Don’t Work’ which gives a step by step plan to balance our relationship with food, get our eating under control and manage our weight naturally.
